PTA Meeting Schedule

Below is the schedule of PTA meetings for the 2026-27 school year. General membership meetings are held 3-4 times per year, with meetings open to everyone although only PTA members can vote. The Board of Directors meets every other month, with meetings open to everyone although only members of the board can vote. The Executive Board meets once a month, with meetings open to members of the executive board and school administration.

General Membership Meetings

August 20, 2026, 6:00pm to 6:15pm - This meeting will coincide with Volunteer Night for the PTA and Foundation. The Presidents will give an overview of the priorities of PTA for the new school year with the treasurer giving a report on PTA finances and presenting a budget to the membership for approval. After the meeting adjourns, PTA and Foundation will give a more extensive presentation of the programs and events we support and how our community can be involved.

December 3, 2026, 5:00pm to 5:15pm - This meeting will begin 15 minutes before our Pizza, Parents and Purpose event. The main new business of the meeting will be to setup a nominating committee in charge of nominating officers for next year's PTA executive board. Per PTA Bylaws, the nominating committee consists of an uneven number of PTA members (usually 5) and one alternate. The slate of proposed officers must be posted at the school at least ten days prior to the March meeting.

March 23, 2027, 5:30pm to 5:45pm - This meeting will begin 15 minutes before the start of our STEM and Art Show night. The main new business of the meeting will be to conduct elections for the 26-27 PTA Executive Board from the slate of officers proposed by the nominating committee.

Board of Directors Meetings

If you are interested in coming to a meeting of the Board of Directors, we will soon have dates for all of our meetings for the year. Come to the front desk and get a visitors pass as normal. Ask the front desk for the location of that day's board of directors meeting.
